Shouldn't this be When I have a headache, I can hardly do anything ?? ??

If it's can't do hardly anything, then isn't that a double negative?

There may be more equivalent expressions, but these are the ones I can think of:

- Cabeza/líder/jefe del equipo = head of team
- Cabeza de familia = head of family

I would use "dirigente" rather for higher rank posts...

Is the same but sounds better. Again, to me.

Angelica answered already, but I just couldn't pass this up.... and I am sorry, it is in an utterly serious fashion.
