What is "agarrar colmillo"
Hello all,
I was wondering if someone could help me with the Spanish idiom "agarrar comillo". It was posted on a supermarket sign that said "Los niños aprenden enseñalos a agarrar comillo". In this poster there was also a small child pushing a shopping cart filled with healthy looking vegetables. Thanks!!! ![]() |

Alec is right. "Colmillo", in Mexico, means "experience".
"Agarrar colmillo" is to acquire a certain experience.

Many Thanks!!
One of my friends from Mexico gave me an example of "Agarrar Comillo". He said it's like making a good buy at a flea market by not letting a seller take advantage of you. In this context maybe the word savvy would also be acceptable??. ![]() |
