C granted past participle
1 (admittedly): granted, it's very expensive, but … de acuerdo, es muy caro, pero …; to take something for granted dar* algo por sentado or por descontado; don't take her support for granted no des por sentado or por descontado que te (or nos etc) va a apoyar; he realized he'd taken her for granted se dio cuenta de que no había sabido valorarla
2 (assuming): granted that it all goes according to plan … suponiendo que todo salga de acuerdo con lo previsto …; granted his cooperation, success seems assured si contamos con su colaboración, el éxito está asegurado

Mmm..., así, a bote pronto yo diría:
Dar por hecho
Asumir como realidad
Tener asumido que...
Considerar (algo) sin cuestionarlo...

Creer a pies juntillas...

The above is what I come up with, just from my mental "bullpen", but don't take for granted the correctness of what I wrote.

Nobody came up with the expression I was looking for. For example when a husband takes his wife for granted.

The thread needs changed from 'take it for granted' to 'take somebody for granted', since this is what you wanted translated.

Done.

¡Aaah-cabáramos!

El marido no le da el valor que se merece...
No valorar a alguien como se merece...
