Which of the following options is better?

• Necesitamos ver identificación con fotografía, por favor. Gracias.

• Favor de mostrarnos identificación fotográfica

• Se debe mostrar identificación con foto

I like the first and last options you proposed.

I also like:
Se solicita identificación con foto.
Se requiere identificación con foto.

I wouldn't object the first option, if it were properly written as a question.
