Sequence of tenses

Textbook explanations of the sequence of tenses with the subjunctive don’t normally give examples of the following:

1. main verb in the present - dependent verb = the imperfect indicative

Yo sé que ella estaba cuando llamé. - No creo que ella ____X______ cuando llamé.

Yo sé que ella estudiaba cuando llamé. - No creo que ella ___Y_____ cuando llamé.

Wouldn’t X be estuviera and Y be estudiara?

2. main verb in the present - dependent verb = pluperfect indicative

Yo sé que ella había salido antes que ellos entraran.
- No creo que ella ______Z________ antes que ellos entraran.

Wouldn’t Z be hubiera salido?

3. main verb in the present - dependent verb = the conditional

Yo sé que lo harían. - No creo que lo ____A______

Wouldn’t A be harían?

4. main verb in the past - dependent verb = the conditional

Yo sabía que lo harían. - Yo no creía que lo _____B______

Couldn’t B be either harían or hicieran?

About 3 ¿"yo sé que lo harían"? I can't think of an instance of it being right

Yo sabía que lo harían --> No creía que lo harían/hicieran
Yo sé que lo harán ---> No creo que lo hagan
