I think fondas or casas de huéspedes is another option for bed and breakfast, though casa de huésped is better translated as Guest house.
Like Sosia said, half board is media pensión.

In some parts of Mexico:
fonda = small restaurant pensión = a place you can rent to store a car (so it's not on the street).
