You could volunteer or work as a receptionist at an organization. This way... you can both improve your communication, organization and so on skills.
You could volunteer for your public library during the summer or even during school year to read to kids... You could work at a library and most you'll be doing is shelving books.. but hey.. you're getting paid! Tutoring is another option... you want to become a teacher, so why not start early! Go tutor elementary kids! There's a lot you can do... you can probably ask your school's guidance counsellor to see what kind of volunteer opportunities are available |

You can become a GREAT teacher if you have motivation and determination. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING that you want to do! Just don't give up and turn that pessimistic attitude to positive! Communication skills can be improved. Remember... the older you get... the more you will know... Good luck!
