I haven't heard this term in a while. Now I realize it was a compliment
 ...that was then. I hope this pan hasnt gone too stale and moldy.In English we say strapping, but that usually means a robust man (as in a strapping young man). You may hear the word adonis to discribe a very handsome man, but not often. These days stud muffin is used by some.

Well just 'stud' too though that has a kind of sexual implication as well.

Not to be confused with "ser un pan" or "ser un pan de dios", which means to be a good person.
