el presente v. el futuro
Hola a todos: ¿Se usa el presente para referirse a una accion futuristica en España como en México? Por ejemplo, Lo hago=I'll do it en lugar de "lo voy a hacer"/Lo haré Te ayudo=I'll help you en lugar de "Te voy a ayudar"/Te ayudaré Gracias

Si, muchas veces puedes usar el presente para decir algo que vas a hacer. Eso no se limita a México. Yo lo pienso así:
Lo hago - I'll do it Lo haré - I will do it Lo voy a hacer - I'm going to do it Espero eso te ayude.

Me voy de vacaciones. ¿Me vigilarás la casa?
-Si, la vigilo. (Aunque sería mejor decir -Sí, te la vigilaré  )
