Historias para no dormir se aplica a cualquier historia que te preocupa, depende del contexto claro está Ghost stories sería en el sentido literal.

Eso sería una OPA hostil . No tiene nada que ver con "historias para no dormir" (salvo para la empresa amenazada si no está interesada, claro).

Claro, el "family member" de la noticia sería alguien de la familia Cadbury.
