Prorated Fees

What is the best way to translate the word "prorate"? This translation is for parents with a 1-5 grade education, and I want to make it as easy to understand as possible.

The word is used in the following context:
Tuition will not be prorated at any time throughout the school year.

My attempt is:

Your input would be greatly appreciated

@lblanco: Your sentence was mostly correct:

Quote:

Fee= cuota

Tuition = tuición

Correcto.

Is tuition paid in monthly installments?
