No mires moros con trinchetes! - Newbie needs help with a saying or "dicho"
"No mires moros con trinchetes!"
I'm not sure if this is worded correctly, but this is how it was said to me in an email. I searched & couldn't find anything. I've heard of this one "No hay moros en la costa", (the coast is clear). Please help, Thanks.. |

I agree with JPablo's answer.
"Ver moros con tranchetes" is the common expression to say that one sees a threat where there is none.
