Eliminating the Pervasiveness of Guardianship

Hello,
Can someone help me translate in spanish the above mentioned title: "Eliminating the Pervasiveness of Guardianship". This is an article that we want to share with parents who have children with disabilities. The word "Pervasiveness" is the word I'm really having trouble with.
I appreciate any feedback. Have a wonderful day!

thank you.
Maria

We need more data, in order to find your accepcion of "pervasiveness"
I give my options, but ask Tomisimo, Elaina, poli, ....
for Guardianship: tutela/custodia.

saludos

Elaina will become famous soon enough
Hi Maria,

The word "PERVASIVENESS" is in itself so PERVASIVE.......it is so dominant.

I think the message your are trying to give is that you want to remove the "harshness" or omnipotence of Guardianship. The fact that these parents are already dealing with a difficult situation (disabled child) then they have to deal with the threat of Guardianship? Or are you talking about they (parents) having guardianship of their own child after child becomes an adult?

Personally, I think we need to change the word Guardianship to something more compassive and you will see that the word pervasiveness becomes obsolete.....

Sorry I wasn't too much help!

Elaina

pervasiveness

I hope this helps. I will help if that is what the writer of the article meant
