Question Translation exercise 17-11

I have three questions about the sentences in this exercise:

4) English: This hotel is on the outskirts of Madrid.
My answer: Este hotel está en las afueras de Madrid.
The answer in the book: Este hotel esta en las afueras de Madrid.
My question: Did they leave off the accent on está by accident? Or why isn't it there?

5) English: We travel at night and rest in a sleeping car.
My answer: Viajamos por la noche y descansamos en un coche cama.
The answer in the book: Viajamos de noche y descansamos en un choche cama.
My question: Why "de" instead of "por la"?

6) English: Lina never brings her umbrella.
My answer: Lina nunca lleva su paraguas.
The answer in the book: Lina nunca trae el paraguas.
My question: Why traer vs. llevar in this context?

Thanks!!

4) typo --> you're right

6) Here I have doubts about English. As I understand it "brings umbrella" implies no intention of transporting the umbrella, just bringing it just in case it is needed, so it is "lleva paraguas".

I suspect it might have been a case of trans-language reversed "hipercorrección" (¡Voy! = Coming! ---> brings trae )

#4 and #5 - thanks!

#6 - I'm still working on wrapping my arms around "llevar" because it is used in so many more ways that we use "carry" in English.....

Remember this:

trae paraguas (He/she/You(singular,formal) is bringing it from there to here)
trae paraguas (it has an umbrella / it comes with an umbrella / umbrella included)
trae paraguas (Someone is coming into the scene and brings an umbrella / It might be the origin of the use above)
lleva un perro (bringing it) = trae un perro (leading it by a leash)
