How does kind of translate when used like this:

Now that's my kind of movie.
She's my kind of girl.
This is my kind of fun.

Esa sí es una película muy linda.
Ella sí es chica de mis sueños.
Esta sí es muy divertido para mí.

You can use other adjectives and wording as seem you good, but using the word sí adds the emphasis you're seeking.

How does kind of translate when used like this:

Now that's my kind of movie.
She's my kind of girl.
This is my kind of fun.

Here's how I would personally say these: (just my opinion, there are many right answers.)

Now that's my kind of movie. = ¿Ya ves? ¡Esa es la clase de película que me gusta!
She's my kind of girl. = Ella es el tipo de chica que me agrada.
This is my kind of fun. = Estas son las cosas que me gustan hacer para divertirme.

I have a doubt above these sentences.

Now that's my kind of movie.
Ahora esa es mi tipo de pelicula.

She's my kind of girl.
Ella es mi tipo de chica.

This is my kind of fun.
Esta es mi tipo de dirversion.

I'd like to know if my translation are accurate, because I found in the sentence other way to translate the same phrase, but I need to know, if I'm well or I'm bad in the translate of the sentences.

I have a question about these sentences.

Now that's my kind of movie.
Ahora esa es mi tipo de película.

She's my kind of girl.
Ella es mi tipo de chica.

This is my kind of fun.
Esta es mi tipo de dirversión.

I'd like to know if my translations are accurate, because I found in the sentence other ways to translate the same phrases, but I need to know if they are good or bad.
Like David said, there's more than one way to translate the sentences. Look at both David's and mine and then determine if your translations convey the same meaning as ours. If so, they are also correct translations.

The only one I would say is not very accurate is the first one:

Now that's my kind of movie.
Ahora esa es mi tipo de pelicula.

En inglés, en este caso, "now" no se está usando en su significado literal de "ahora" sino como un relleno, más o menos como se usa "pues" en español.

Pues esa es mi tipo de película.
