Gracias. I like the " se celebra sin falta cada año. "
Would "se celebra cada año sin falta." be OK. I'm still confused with the order of things in Spanish. "they celebrate every year without fail" I really appreciate the help.

@Bob: In this case, any order works and the meaning is not altered.
Perhaps the slight nuance in usage is that "se celebra sin falta" relates "sin falta" immediately to the verb, while "se celebra cada año sin falta" relates "sin falta" to "cada año". ![]()
