Three-dog spins

I was listening to Welcome Fault Dweller by Victor Lundberg and I found I'm unable to make heads or tails of a whole verse.

Here are the lyrics with said verse in bold.

"Three-dog spins from his station,
Love songs for everyone to hear.
Without fear.
In this land melodies fade fast,
But not us, we will make it last."

Maybe I got the words wrong. Any help will be welcome. Thanks!
