La posición de la palabra "también. ¿Importa?

Sé lo es una pregunta simple pero necesito una respuesta por ello. ¿Hay una diferencia se pone "también" a la media de una oración sino que al fin?

Por ejemplo

Yo también compro un boleto para el partido fútbol = I'm also buying a ticket for the soccer game.

Estoy cansado así que voy a dormir también = I'm tired, therefore I'm going to sleep also.

¿Hay diferencias regionales con el posición y uso de también?

I have made some corrections.

I think there is no difference, maybe it can depend on where are you putting more importance, if in the action or in "también". I bealive that generally if you are putting more emphasys in "too", you would start the sentence with "Yo también..."

1)
-Me voy a dormir... - I'm going to sleep...
-Yo también me voy a dormir... - I'm also going to sleep...

2)
-Me voy a dormir... - I'm going to sleep...
-Estoy muy cansado así que también me iré a dormir. - I'm very tired, therefore I'm also going to sleep.

-Estoy muy cansado así que me iré a dormir también. - I'm very tired, therefore I'm going to sleep also.

In the 1), emphasys is in "too"; in the 2), emphasys is in "I'm tired". Again, this is not formal.

3)En mi primera oración "estaba perdido en traducción, Qué quiero decir que "(Me)Compré un boleto para el partido fútbol. Me uso el indicativo para enseñar algo... that is about to happen,,, an almost truth.

Las Maestras de español a quien he habido ha dicho.... Compro y Estoy comprando basicamente son lo mismo. Estoy comprando sería usado para más claridad, pero ud. dice que no es lo mismo.

When an English person says "I buy" = Compro... that it is a general statement. When a person says "I am buying" = Estoy comprando... that is an action that is in the process of happening or is about to happen.

Compro las frutas y vegetales porque no como la carne.... Esa es una frase general. En inglés, tenemos diferencias notables en el uso de las oraciónes generales y una oración que se describe lo qué se pasa ahora mismo. Comrpro las frutas y vegetales era la parte general de esa frase.

It all depends on the context. I can say: "siempre compro el pan en la panadería, nunca en el supermercado". If I'm buying some bread at the baker's and a friend phones me and asks me "¿qué haces?", I could answer both "compro pan" and "estoy comprando pan". Though I think the most common way of saying would be using infinitive: "comprar pan".

My friend phones me:

- ¿Qué haces?
- Estudiar/Estudio/estoy estudiando.

If my friend asks:

- ¿Qué estás haciendo?
- Estudiar/estoy estudiando.

But don't you think that to say "compro pan" is more widely applicable, while "estoy comprando pan" can only be used when the action is current or immediately pending?

In English, we say "I am doing...." for a LOT of things. I am reading a book called "Tierra de Todos". I am learning to speak Spanish. I am in the middle of grading a set of tests. I am working at a local high school. NONE of these sentences apply to what I am doing at this very minute. (I am at this moment alternating between typing and drinking my tea.) So in Spanish, for each of those, it would be preferable for me to say "Leo...", "Aprendo...", "Calcifico...", "Trabajo..."

But if I am drinking my tea at this moment, I could say "tomo té" OR "estoy tomando té". ¿No?

It all depends on the context, as Chileno said. But I understand you if you say both "estoy tomando un té" or "tomo un té".

You use present continuous more frequently than we use "perífrasis de estar + gerundio".
