Aquí hay unos sitios proprietarios italianos que hacen algo parecido. Siempre lo sirven en un bocadillo--pepper and egg sandwich. No sé si lleva
jamón. Yo mismo preparo un revuelo de pimientos bien salteados hasta que se ponen suaves con pescado ahumado

Conozco una fona mexicana donde hacen un revuelto de huevos, frito con papas y jalapeños. Al lado frijoles refritos, tortillas de maiz, una rebanada
de aguacate, tapada con queso cotija. Después de comer ese desayuno
no hay necesidad comer almorzar.

David, you must know the place. They've got a great rockola and a representation of La Virgen de Guadalupe made of corn husks. The non-english-speaking waitress asked me if I was from Spain! She was serious.
