Please help me transcribe a piece of a song

This is the song I need to be transcribed. (A segment only, not the whole song )



The singer creatively mixed Filipino-Spanish-English to the song and I find it amazing.

The singer started singing Spanish at 2:59 and stopped at 3:30 and I couldn't understand well the wordings since I'm not fluent in Spanish. I badly want to sing this song to my ex-girlfriend since this song is for seeking forgiveness and getting back together again. She's in Madrid and I'm in the Philippines right now and this is the best I could do to seek forgiveness.

'Di ko kakayanin kung -> I can't make it
ika'y mawawala sa aking piling -> without you by my side
'Di ko kakayanin pag -> I can't make it
nalaman kong wala nang pag-ibig sa akin -> when I would learn that you don't love me anymore

The Spanish provided by the user on YouTube is not correct in most regards.
I can't make out everything, either, but will transcribe what I can.

I believe the first stanza he sings is Esta haces abrazaste, but this is nonsensical and the 'h' should not be pronounced in haces, if that is what he really says.
The second stanza is Tú puedes olvidar el pasado. This phrase is Spanish. What follows is also Spanish:
Confiar en mí otra vez (he mispronounces the third word 'me')
Amarme otra vez
Regresarme

What follows starts with:
Todo puedo

Thereafter, I hear poorly-used Spanish until he switches back to English.

At 3:34, he throws in some more Spanish:
Mi amor will always stay por tú
'Stay' is the wrong English verb to use and the last Spanish word should be ti.

I hope others can provide more help with the stuff following what I could make out.

Thanks for your input here. However, would it help if I provide you the english wordings for the song? It's sung in Tagalog (Filipino) but I'll try to translate it as best as I could in English.

It won't help to know the English translation (which is already available) because the Spanish words he introduces in the middle of the English rendition will not be a direct translation of the English or the Tagalog words (the meter of the song doesn't admit word-for-word translation).
Where I wasn't able to make things out in the Spanish lyrics, he was using Spanish in a grammatically-incorrect way. (I noted the other places where he made mistakes in what I could make out, but was surprised at how many errors followed.)

Perhaps they didn't require professional translators because most of the audience were Filipinos. LOL.

However, your interpretation is correct on the first Stanza after I translated it to English.

Regresarme I think should be "Regresa a mí" which is equivalent to "Come back to me" or "Return to me" (I believe)

Here's what we have so far.

Regresa a mí

If the second stanza (chorus) can't be transcribed, perhaps we can just create our own BETTER version since I think the singer is doing it wrong. LOL

So it starts something like this:

I can't make it
Without you by my side
I can't make it
When I would learn that you don't love me anymore
Can't make it on my own
I need you here with me
My love will only be for you
Trust me again,
I'll never hurt you again
Accept my love once more
Come back to me

I've have rewritten some of the lyrics. Perhaps we could translate this to a more romantic Spanish lyrics. (I know the English translation sucks LOL)

That first line he sung is nonsensical, except that a form of the verb 'abrazar' fits very well with the Tagalog lyrics.

I correctly transcribed the last line as Regresarme. The singer elongates the 'ar' portion to fit the meter of the song.
The infinitives used, 'olvidar', 'confiar', 'amar' and 'regresar' are all connected to 'puedes'. The questions asked in stanza one and two continue in the other stanzas. So, they translate as 'Can you forget', 'Can you trust', 'Can you love' and 'Can you come back'. The 'en mí' portion and the 'me' endings on the last two infinitives add 'in me', 'me' and 'to me' to the translation. So, '¿puedes regresarme?' means 'Can you come back to me?'.
