Hi,

Would like to know how do you write sentences in spanish that start with a reason.

example:
As I am not well.....
As it is raining...
or

Since the train is late...

Como..., puesto que.., ya que...

Como/ ya que/ puesto que no me encuentro bien...
Como / ya que/ puesto que está lloviendo...
Como / ya que/ puesto que el tren se retrasa...

Another similar one is "dado que....". I've heard it, but not sure how common it is. I'd normally use "como..." or "ya que...".

I've also heard that used, and it seemed just as popular as the others mentioned above.
