Haven't posted for quite awhile. I'm in Ecuador taking lessons.

Jenny is the cook/secretary/jefe/todo here. She speaks very fast and I can hardly understand a word.

I wanted to say to my teacher:

I want you to listen to Jenny and repeat what she says. Then write it so that I can understand it.

Yo quiero que usted escuche a Jenny y repetir lo que dice. Luego escribirla para que yo pueda entender.

Le quiero escuchan a Jenny y repiten lo que ella dice. Entonces escríbalo de modo que yo pueda entenderlo.

A bit of help with "de modo de", "para que" and maybe "asi que" please. The translations are from SpanishDict.com. Thank you.

Of course there is a typo, should be para not parra.

Would that not translate "I want to repeat ........" instead of "I want you to repeat....."

Así voy aprender mejor el idioma. So I'm going to better learn the idioma. Seems strange but I'm just learning.

Quiero que escuche a Jenny y repita lo que dice. Luego, quiero que me lo escriba para poder entenderlo mejor.

Conjugation into the subjunctive is needed each time.
You can use the subjunctive the way you did in the second sentence, after 'para que', but I threw in an indirect object pronoun that makes it unnecessary.

@both: don't forget about the preposition 'a' after 'voy'.

I like it! Could you say "puedo entenderlo mejor"
"quiero que me lo escriba" translates "I want you to write it for me"? me is "for me"?

"Para poder entenderlo mejor" makes the sentence flow better, but if you want to conjugate "poder", then the subjunctive is needed instead of the present "puedo". :)

"Me" is "for me", yes.
