It's not literal, but I'd say something like:
Hola, Dark:
Ahora que vas a casarte quería aprovechar la ocasión para desearles lo mejor: salud, amor y dinero. Lamento no poder estar ahí, espero verte pronto.
PS: If you want, write the original in Italian. I understand.

Julvenzor may have assumed you speak Italian (probably because of how you spelled 'amore', the Italian word for 'love').
His translation can be trusted.

Hello,
Here is my version:
" Hi Dark, Its coming your wedding and on this occasion I wanted to wish you all the best. (salad, amore i dinero ) I regret that I cannot will be there, I hope to see you soon. "
"Hola Moreno, está cerca tu casamiento y en esta ocasión quise desearte todo lo mejor (salud, amor y dinero). Me arrepiento de que no estaré allí, deseo verte pronto".

A little note of attention: "me arrepiento" is used to regret something that has been done and we know it was wrong.
"Lamentar" is a more appropriate verb for this situation. :)
