All three are possible, but they have slightly different meanings. Only the first one (after you correct it) would translate the meaning intended by the English version.
Did you intend to write simple past ("It was") followed by present perfect ("I've made")?

Ah, then for her intended meaning perhaps all three are possible equivalents depending on the variety of Spanish...

What's interesting is that peninsular Spanish also gravitates toward using the past perfect tense where we on this side of the globe would use the simple past tense.
So, her first version matches both the English and Spanish spoken in her neck of the woods.
