Please you could to explain me that two words
Could you please explain those two words to me?
    I don't understand them.
    What does meaning it?
    What do they mean?

una cita = an appointment (con un doctor), date (con la esposa, una chica)
to head for bed = irse a la cama

So, yes, appointment is the same as cita (but cita is not an English word).
A heading is also a direction, so yes, rumbo is the right translation. But, the way I used it it is an expression that means 'to go toward the bed' (to head for bed).

As you can see, I haven't fallen asleep yet. I'm taking my kids to school.

Well, my time is 2:00 AM. Oh, I thought you were two hours behind me. Sorry.
Also, I have been pretty busy with my job.
I have had a lot of computers to fix.
Right now, in my state, it's been raining since yesterday evening.
All the streets are floating. Interesting use of words.
It's still raining, and I believe it'll continue.
Well, tomorrow I have an appointment with my doctor.
    I suffer from/with panic attacks.
    Well, that's another story.

I'm sorry to hear that you suffer from panic attacks. I'm glad you're going to see your doctor tomorrow. I hope he can help you!

I'll be heading for bed soon. You should get some sleep, too.

    Good night.

Oh, yes, you're right (tienes razón). Aren't you sleepy?
How have you been doing these last few days?

I take a nap Sunday afternoons and so I usually stay up late. It's two hours later here than where you live, so it's nearly three in the morning.
I've been pretty busy with my family the last few days. How about you?

Good night, Rusty. How are you?

    I'm fine. How are you?
We only say good night cuando nos despedimos, o cuando nos acostamos. Good evening (and since it is now morning, good morning) is a better greeting.

saliste = you left (preterite indicative)
(salieras is the subjunctive form used when the action is in the past)

deberías haber salido = you should have left
nunca deberías haber salido = you never should have left

    ir = to go
fuiste = you went (preterite indicative)
has ido = you have gone (the past participle form of ir is ido)

    irse = to leave
te fuiste = you left (preterite indicative)
te has ido = you have left

cuando saliste = when you left
cuando te fuiste = when you left
cuando fuiste = when you went
