Interesante, entonces hasta ahora he entendido utilizar estas palabras pensando que hay una diferencia pero resulta que no hay! :eek:.. Interesante también que en los idiomas alemanes (inglés, holandés y alemán por ejemplo) hay una diferencia en estas palabras (no grande pero puede ser importante a veces..;) )

I think it's only used as 'ni siquiera' , meaning ' not even'. :)

That sentence will be:

"Nunca he vivido cerca del mar, pero al menos / aunque sea lo he visto."

The most used way is with "ni", but not the only.

"no me saludó siquiera"
"she didn't even greet me"

It has many uses, see it in rae:

1. conj. advers. aunque. Hazme este favor, siquiera sea el último.
Hazme este favor, aunque sea el úitimo.
2. conj. distrib. ya. Siquiera venga, siquiera no venga.
Ya venga, ya no venga.
3. adv. c. por lo menos. U. t. c. adv. m. Deme usted media paga siquiera.
Deme usted media paga al menos / por lo menos.
4. adv. c. Tan solo. U. t. c. adv. m. No tengo una peseta siquiera.

This four forms(the third not to much) are common for me.
As Empanada said: "Ni siquiera" is translate as "not even"

When it's use as "todavía", you write it with accent. When it's not, without it.
