"Un poco demasiado" es un anglicismo que a fuerza de usarse en los medios, se ha filtrado al lenguaje común, pero yo diría que todo es "demasiado", una vez que se establece que hay algo que rebasa la línea de "suficiente".

Sin embargo, si el hablante prefiere hacer un énfasis, propondría:

A bit too much ≈ más bien demasiado
Too much ≈ demasiado
Far too much ≈ realmente demasiado

...o como dijo Irma, se puede usar la palabra "excesivo" en vez de "demasiado".

I don't think so. Ring composition is a literary technique where an anecdote is expounded in the form A-B-C-D-D-C-B-A, finishing with the topic started. Very common in Homer. :):)

Buscando por ahí, he encontrado "estructura en anillo", aunque me parece una traducción muy literal de "ring". Estoy de acuerdo con Ambarina con estructura cíclica (o también simétrica).

Y si hablamos de oraciones, entonces nos estamos refiriendo a un palíndomo. Por aquí hay algún hilo. :)
