When? Here in Mexico if you're 8 years old, you can see the children without parents drinking alcohol. That's awful.:eek: |

My parents do drink wine during dinner, but otherwise it's rare. and they don't drink a lot
@Caballero I usually drink after dinner - juice mainly. :p |
What kinds of things do you usually eat for dinner?
|
mostly Chinese food that my mom cooks...a lot of them I refer to them by their Chinese name, and I don't know the English translation.
some examples: tofu, Chinese dumplings |

Don't you believe it? |

I always drink red wine with meals (never with breakfast :yuck: ), and water along the day. I'm not able to drink milk, my body doesn't accept it and I wouldn't imagine to drink milk with meals (although I've seen it in films :confused: ). Juice just before dinner (I love tomato juice). When I can't drink wine with meals, I drink water. :) |

I think that great amount of food in one meal is what causes obesity, since the stomach becomes larger and it needs more and more food. I eat small quantities because I feel much better, light as a feather. :D Here is common drinkin wine for lunch (the most important meal in Spain). Usually, I have my lunch at 16 or 16:30 and I get up at 6 or before, so my stomach claims for food from time to time. That's why I eat often and a few quantity. :) |
I think for me, three meals a day is the best. If I ate snacks, they would be the size of a regular meal, so I'd have 5 large meals instead of 3.

Also, as a general rule, non-alcoholic wine tastes worse than the real thing, and red is for a more "mature" palate. |

Although there're investigation where the red wine is good of the hart. |

Only I can tell you something about the red wine sold here in my country, it hasn't enough taste anyway. Yours truly. |
