Hi, I've heared this phrase Cascarrabias, I don't know, what meaning it, but here in Mexico, the people from D.F. they used a lot this phrase, I imagine, what the phrase meaning, what a person has to another women, it's catalogued what a person is very fond of women, or also it could be a person very tease.:(

Idon't know the Mexican meaning, but in Spain "cascarrabias" has the meaning Rusty has showed (grumpy, cantakerous). A Scrooge who only says "Bah, humbug!" :D
