Email formal, necesito ayuda
Dear Sir or Madam, On March 16 I purchased two tickets (Preferred/Silver weekend package) for the XXXXXXXXXXXX. I had to purchase them for separate because I paid with two different credit cards and used different names (One for me and the other one for a friend). Not five minutes later I received an order confirmation for my friend´s purchase, but I didn´t get a confirmation email with the order confirmation number for my own ticket. I checked my bank account and my credit card has been already charged. Should I keep waiting for a few more days? Or maybe, could you please email me the order number? The order number of my friend´s purchase -wich I did right after mine- is XXXXXXXX, if that helps. I would like to know if this can be fixed or no, so I would be very grateful for your response. Thank you for the help and kindness, XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX ¿Qué tendría que corregir?? |

Hello. I will do some corrections in your original post awhile. Porque te llamas Rusty? Why do your name is Rusty? I hope you can understand me.:) |
I wasn't sure if I should use "you" (te) or the "se" form in that situation. Now I know. :) Thank you.

You're welcome.

Email formal 2ª parte

If you have a ticket under my name ((XXXXXXXXX XXXX) then that must be my ticket. As I said, the other ticket I purchased was under a different name, the name of my friend, XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX , order number XXXXXX (It has been invoiced with invoice number XXXXXXXXX). Her credict card was charged correctly and there were no problems with that purchase(except that the zip code of the shipping address was wrong but then I realized that it doesn´t matter because we´re from Spain so our tickets won´t be mailed, they will be held at registration desk). So, that ticket under my name?, that´s the one I need the order number for. Thanks for your help and fast answer, XXXXX XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX ¿Qué os parece?

= Is that why you're called Rusty? Or if you wanted to be formal, you could change "te llamas" to "se llama". Quote:

Thank you for your concern and sorry for the inconvenience.

Today they reimbursed me for the ticket, therefore, as you directed, I'll purchase another. |
Gracias ;).
Asunto resuelto.
