Sucesos
What do you call the newspaper section where murders and robberies are listed ? IN Spain we call them sucesos. Any ideas of how to call them in English?

In national news: The chairman of Toyota will be appearing before congress today.
In local news: father confesses to throwing in child off the bridge. Genarally local scandals are covered in detail in local news. There are newspapers that focus on local news. Big scandals like cheating golf stars or politians get covered in national news, but most of the dirt is seen in the local papers. |
