¿Cómo se dice en español la palabra "whatever"? La usamos en inglés para decir cuarquier cosa estrá bien, pero hay una palabra o frase similar en el español?

Cualquier is the word.

The valley girl statement: Whateverrrrr!!!! may not translate as easily(estoy indiferente?.)

There isn't only one way to translate it. It depends on the context.

Whatever you want, I have it.
Lo que quieras, lo tengo.

Whatever you say, I don't care.
Lo que digas, no me importa.

- Mrs. Jones or whatever she's called...
La Sra. Jones o como se llame.

-- If you don't do your bed, I won't let you watch TV. -> Si no haces/tiendes tu cama, no te voy a dejar ver televisión.
-- Whatever. -> No me importa.
@Poli: "Me es indiferente", "lo que sea".

-- That's not her name. -> No se llama así.
-- Whatever. -> Lo que sea.
