Educación vial is a subject taught in Primary school and Secondary too, do you have this subject in the USA ANd UK.
What is called exactly?

Driver's Education. They no longer teach this in school in the US that I know of. It is now taught outside of school by private companies.

He might be thinking of general road safety for very young children, such as how to cross the road.

Haha. Now that I read the statement again, I should have realized that Driver's Education isn't appropriate for primary school :banghead:
