Hola,

I am learning basic Spanish in a class and yesterday someone was asking about the different between "mi" and "me" ("ti" and "te" etc).
As far as I can tell, "me" is used as in "myself":
Me levanto = I wake myself
Ver me = To see myself (although someone else can "ver me", too)

Whereas "mi" means (English) "me":
Para mi = For me

Could someone please explain the difference so I can pass along the information?

Also, how does "conmigo" fit into this? Is there anywhere else where we would use "migo"?

And "migo" is not a separated pronoun. We don't say "con mi", "con ti", or "con su", so we use "conmigo", "contigo" or "consigo".
