Please, How do I say/write this in spanish?

I'd probably go with

Esto es incumplimiento de contrato

You're breaching the contract = Usted no está cumpliendo el contrato

Now let´s just wait for some native speakers to confirm or offer a better translation :)

Incumplimiento de contrato es puro español. Se utiliza en terminología jurídica.
