Nary a glance

Nary a glance

nary: not any; no; never a: nary a sound.

Example,
the professor dismissed my findings with nary a glance.

My translation into Spanish would go something like this,
El profesor descartó mis hallazgos sin siquiera echar un vistazo.

Any better options to translate "nary"?

It always worries me when I don't recognize an English word. It turns out to be AmE dialect.

That one is OK, also "ni siquiera" :)
