Hola a todos,
Recientemente yo le oí a alguien decir la palabra "ojalá". Yo sé significa "esperar" o "desear" pero como yo puedo indicar quien está haciendo la acción y cuando esta pasando.

por ejemplo:
-deseo que yo podria volar (I wish that I could fly)
-espero que nos vemos pronto (I hope we see each other soon)
-esperamos que el encuentra una novia (we hope that he finds a girlfriend)

si alguien me puede dar unos ejemplos con esta palabra yo lo apreciaría mucho. ¡Gracias por su ayuda!

Esta es una palabra que se usa para expresar un deseo, en que se implora a Dios. Sinónimos son: quiera Dios, que suceda, que ocurra (God willing)

Usar ojalá requiere el uso del subjuntivo, tanto como todos los verbos de volición. El tiempo del subjuntivo indica cuando ocurre la acción.

Se puede sustituir 'espero que' o 'que' por ojalá:
Ojalá llueva mañana.
Espero que llueva mañana.
Que llueva mañana.
I hope it rains tomorrow. (Present subjunctive)

Espero que pudiera volar.
Ojalá pudiera volar.
I wish I could fly. (Imperfect subjunctive)

Ojalá nos veamos pronto.
I hope we see each other soon.

Ojalá se encuentre él con una novia.
I hope he finds a girlfriend. (I believe you can only use ojalá from the speaker's point of view, so it always translates to 'I hope or I wish'.)
Esperamos que se encuentre él con una novia.
We hope he finds a girlfriend.

I would like to clarify that the nuance of God implied in the expression is totally forgotten in present Spanish. Ojalá is an Arabic expression donated by Arab people who was in Spain for eight centuries. But, nowadays, very few people will notice that ojalá is partly formed by Alá.

Don't forget that in Spanish you don't need to say the subject so often like in English.
Notice that you need to use subjunctives tenses with most of the wish expressions.

In regard to your examples and your question:

• Ojalá pueda volar / Ojalá pudiera volar.
• Ojalá nos veamos pronto / Ojalá nos viéramos pronto.
• Ojalá encuentre novia / Ojalá encontrara novia (él).

So, you have to use presente de subjuntivo or pretérito imperfecto de subjuntivo in all of these expressions.

It's understood that the action of wishing is done by the speaker. So you cannot express we hope that he finds a girlfriend with ojalá. You would have to say Deseamos (nosotros) que encuentre novia (él); or in indirect style: Pensamos que ojalá encuentre novia.

Ojalá (from o Allah back when Spain was moorish) also means even if
as well as I hope that at least here in the Americas. It's used the same way always followed by the subjunctive verb tense if it's part of sentence. The difference in meaning can only be determined by context.

Ojalá significa even though. Equivoqué cuando escribí even if.

Por ejemplo: Voy a comprar una casa ojalá que no tenga la plata ( dinero en España pero el señor que dijo eso es ecuatoriano o
colombiano).

That's for me an unknown usage of ojalá.
For me there are only two possibilities with different meanings:
Voy a comprar la casa aunque no tenga dinero.
Voy a comprar la casa. ¡Ojalá tenga dinero!

That almost sounds negative.....
En tu ejemplo: I'm going to buy a house I hope I don't have the money.

Sounds strange.
I've never heard of it being used as eventhough (aunque).

Ojalá translated as even though isn't in RAE either, but I have heard it
frequently. Awhile ago I checked Harper Collins which focuses on Latin American Spanish and the dictionary backs me up.

I din't know this use of ojalá. I'm with Alfonso/Elaina, it sounds me strange.

As you says it's not in RAE or "panhispanico de dudas"
ojalá.(Del ár. hisp. law šá lláh, si Dios quiere).
1. interj. Denota vivo deseo de que suceda algo.

ojalá. Interjección que expresa el deseo de que algo suceda: «Ojalá sea para bien» (MtzSalguero Combate [Bol. 2002]). El acento principal recae en la última sílaba, por lo que debe escribirse siempre como palabra aguda: ojalá.
