Readers
readers: playing cards marked on their backs so that the card can be identified to assist cheating. Called readers as they can be read by the person using them. Also called marked cards.
In Spanish “cartas marcadas”, but, is there any other way to say this in Spanish? I.e., in English you can say "marked cards" and/or "readers", being the first probably the most common. Is there any "less common" word or expression for "cartas marcadas"? (Hi to everyone, by the way... I have been quite busy...) :) |
"Cartas marcadas" is the term used. I haven't heard another one. Of course I'm no gambler and certainly no cheater..:D.. so I may be wrong..

Gracias, Luna Azul...
¿No hay por aquí algún tramposo fullero que sepa algún sinónimo? Me he acordado de, Sin trampa ni cartón (inf.). Sin engaños ni trucos. Y recuerdo "dados trucados"... pero no "cartas trucadas"??? |

Pero yo siempre he usado cartas marcadas. |
Dados cargados, cartas marcadas y barajas arregladas. That's it.

¡Gracias!
