Aside from mofo, I don't recognize those words as Spanish.

You may well find that "mofo" is actually English: a heavy abbreviation for someone with a severe case of the Oedipus complex.

So it's more like an acronym?

And "ish" may be the English suffix -ish, which my college crowd co-opeted as an independent word as a shorthand way to say "a little, but not much" in response to a question. We eventually stopped using it, or maybe it's just that we went our separate ways after we finished college.

As Ish, it can sometimes be a short (or pet) name for the personal name Ishmael. (I know one Ishmael who sometimes gets referred to as Ish, though not necessarily to his face.)

mofo: as already said (trendy people use "mofe" when a lady is referred because it's ya mother****ette)

ish, form of s***, used by people who is way more flexible in a matter of sounds than in a matter of concepts. Also, ending meaning kinda, sorta or both ;). ya'no; creepish.

vag, term used by those who think vagigi is too much oprahish.

za, the only non-scatological word in the list, short for pizza, showing that a few monosyllables suffice to translate the verbal display of a social group into its food.
