In the mood
 
That's the title of a jazz standard. It is usually translated as "En forma".

In this text, it's said it had a sexual connotation:

Podría o no tener connotación sexual. Depende del contexto.

In the song, the connotation is clearly sexual. You can hear the Andrews Sisters raunchy version of it on YouTube. It's more of a big-band tune than jazz, but those terms have a tendency to blend. There is only a fine line between the two styles.
