Flojo

How do we say flojo in an exam context?

AngelicaDeAlquezar March 05, 2012 03:12 PM

What do you want to say? An easy exam? A lazy student?

The results are flojos, when they didnt perform very well, it' s like borderline passed.

Or even in a composition when it doenst meet the requirements to pass.

A composition can be called 'weak' (insufficient) or 'poor' if it doesn't meet all the requirements. Likewise, you can get 'poor' test results; they can also be called 'borderline', 'barely passing' or 'low'.

Está flojo en las matemáticas. = He's weak in math. (AmE)
