Books for children

I would translate this in the following way: Libros para niños.

I saw libros por niños, and wonder if it is correct. Does it mean libros escritos por niños? (books written by children).

Libros para niños = Books for children

Libros por niños para niños = Books by children for children

Right.
And also "libros infantiles", "literatura infantil". (The second one, could be ambiguous, ie., texts written for children and/or by children)

Thanks guys. Sometimes times I see Spanish poorly written or spoken and it confuses me.
