Me encanta la canción "Tengo tu love," pero hay algo que no entiendo. Las letras son "enseñarte vale mas que un tabú." Um... que? Las otras letras tienen sentido. "Hablar vale mas que un iPhone." "Saber vale mas que el diploma." "Mi compromiso vale mas que el anillo." Pero no entiendo como un tabú pueda valer algo, ni que tenga que ver un tabú con enseñar. (¿Uso el subjuntivo después de "no entiendo como?")

Popular songs are plagued with wrong grammar and unsensical sentences, and unless there is some meaning of "tabú" I'm missing, I think your intuition is right; to me, they just put the word there to rhyme with "nunca hay nada si me faltas tú". :thinking:
