I knew the phrase tener sus abriles as a way to say a person "has some age on him (or her)" in a general sense, but just found out that more specifically tener XX abriles can mean "to be XX years old."

Así es, 15 abriles, o 17 primaveras... (yo lo he oído sobre todo con chicas jóvenes...)
