How do we say bailar agarrado y bailar suelto in English?
Example.:
Me gusta bailar agarrado.
Siempre suelo bailar suelto.

I would say "Bailer agarrado" is "Dance in-hold", and "Bailer suelto" as "Dance apart" or 'separated'.

Perhaps:

Dance in pairs (dance with a partner). This may also be called 'ballroom dancing' or 'partner dancing'.
Dance by oneself. There is also 'line dancing' or 'group dancing' where you usually dance by yourself (without a partner, or without holding on to your partner).

What about slowdance?

A slow dance (two words) is usually danced in pairs.

If you're looking for technical terms, the key word is hold, and there are several modifiers it can take. Agarrado would be a closed hold, and suelto could be one of a number of open holds or no hold at all (with psychic leads required if it's a partner dance).

Depending on the style of couple dance and the intent, one may also hear "open position" (hands touching) and "closed position" (usually the gentleman's right arm holding the lady's upper back).
