Brand Names - "Cherry Coke," etc.

To start, I think I posted this in the most appropriate forum but please correct me if it should be elsewhere...

Now, I am trying to learn more Spanish to advance myself at work (I'm a waitress at a restaurant near an air port, so sometimes it comes in handy) and while I know a moderate amount already, I've come across a question in saying things that are name brands, such as the Coke products we offer.

I know "Coca-Cola" would usually not be translated, but if I'm trying to say "Cherry Coke" would it be more appropriate to just say Cherry Coke or would it be Coke cereza? Is there any overall rule to apply to other situations as well?

Thanks in advance for any advice that can be offered on this, and I hope I don't sound ignorant in not knowing how this would work!

Generally speaking, the brand (la marca) is not translated. The type of Coca-Cola can be translated or it may also be untranslated.

Coca-Cola (la marca) no se traduce. La clase, o variante, sí se puede traducir.

Coca-Cola Light
Coca-Cola Diet
Coca-Cola sin cafeína
Coca-Cola Cero
Coca-Cola Cereza
Coca-Cola Vainilla
etc.

(Coke Cherry is also used instead of Coke Cereza.)

How many Coca-Cola's do you have in the States?
We only have light, zero and normal of course.

I don't pay attention to all the Coca Colas, but in Latin America the brand is often abbreviated to Coca (not to be confused with coca as in coca mate)
