How can we translate exterior or interior in contexts like these:

Vivo en un piso todo interior
Me gusta mi oiso porque es todo exterior.

Not totally sure, but

de miras hacia el exterior = outward looking.

Oxford gives,
exterior habitación/apartamento › outward-facing (with windows which face the street rather than onto an internal well)

interior: habitación/piso with windows facing onto a central staircase or patio
