I see, "Tienes toda la razón del mundo" is correct as well?
Also, why is this an intermediate phrase?

Yes, you can conjugate the verb as needed.

Using the term 'intermediate phrase' sounds like an arbitrary level of Spanish. This terminology would most likely appear in a textbook or something like it. It's just somebody's assessment of the phrase.
