Which is correct? Can both be used?

Hi, what is correct? Or can both be used? Thanks.

quise un masaje ayer
Ayer quise un masaje

leía español a menudo
Leía en español a menudo

fui a las tiendas ayer
fui de tiendas ayer

Out of the three, which is correct? Saludos.

Sentences begin with a word that has a capital letter. They end in a period.

Quise un masaje ayer.
Ayer quise un masaje.
(Both are correct and mean the exact same thing.)

Leía español a menudo.
Leía en español a menudo.
(Both are correct but don't mean the exact same thing.)

Fui a las tiendas ayer.
Fui de tiendas ayer.
(Both are correct but don't mean the same thing. By the way, ir de compras is more commonly used.)
