Inhabilitacion perpetua
Does inhabilitación perpetua perpetual house arrest?
I don't know. What does it mean in Spain?
In Spanish, perpetual house arrest is "arresto domiciliario". "Inhabilitación perpetua" means ban or disable someone or something to fulfill its function for the rest of his life.
